WHO IS BRAXTON?
Hello, I’m Braxton Brooks. I know firsthand what it’s like to push through long days, early mornings, and endless responsibilities while trying to take care of your health. In my first year of training, I went from zero clients to over 34 sessions a week—sometimes starting at 5:30 a.m. and finishing at 8:30 p.m. I quickly learned that traditional fitness routines don’t work when life gets that busy.
That’s why I created a different approach. My systems are built around small, simple changes that create the biggest impact. Whether you have five minutes or fifty, I’ll show you how to train smarter, recover better, and build sustainable routines that fit your schedule—not the other way around.
With a B.S. in Kinesiology, experience training high-level professionals, and a background as a Division 1 and Division 2 athlete, I’ve learned how to help people maximize results without burning out. My mission is simple: to help busy professionals look and feel their best—even with the busiest of schedules.
